They overbooked the hotel so they pushed us to another spot. They also removed our items from the room because they mixed up how long our reservation was. The people who run it are not trustworthy and very greedy. AVOID.

I had paid for a reservation at the Thai oriental Inn in Phuket Patong. When I got to the hotel they did not honor the price that I got from the booking and they wanted to charge me double the advertised price. I booked a deluxe room but they wanted to give me a back packers room that i did not book. I finally found a great room next door for half the price, but I was lucky it was not high season otherwise i would have been in phuket without a room. I would never book with them again.

We had nice holiday in phuket, thailand, we went for 3weeks holiday but we pre booked a hotel near beach it star class hotel but service wasn't good so we were walking on the road looking for a peaceful place then we saw Thai Oriental Inn jumped in there had look 1st impression was very good. Wow the guy who was there doesn't speak Thai (we were trying to use our few Thai words) he only speak English what a welcome and excellent English felt like home. Anyway we checked in to room, Price was really cheap for what they offer for us maybe it's their tactics but we got every thing almost like Free high speed internet, Free DVD, free cd's ,printing facilities,

If we stayed our previous hotel we had to pay for internet 250 per hour, 300 for DVD and cd 100 oh at Thai oriental inn we got all for free just like we had free holiday. They don't have a swimming pool but 2minutes to beach so it didn’t matter for us.

I really recommend this nice little place to any who like to go to phuket because you will never get ripped off they know what they are doing. They will help you if you got a problem. We have while our stay there one guy lost credit card in a bar somewhere but Thai oriental inn quickly got actions sorted matter within nest day doing police reports, contacting creaditcard company and make sure his money secured these things normally don’t do in phuket these days but still there good guys like Thai oriental inn so you will not get ripped off.
I don’t want write a reviews for them because they are very busy anyway but such a services they did for us were amazing so we still feeling lucky to stay with them and cannot forget .
