My fiance and I stayed at this resort around 3 years ago; we really enjoyed the location to the beach and Bangla Road, the breakfast was fantastic, the rooms are average but were very clean. Unfortunately it was not the same experience we received on our return Jan 2012. There is a company now involved in the hotel, they have a desk set up and are almost like "telemarketers" which we received a number of phone calls and letters under the door to promote their "vacation club" - it got very annoying on our relaxing trip. We chased a cockroach around the room and our bed was awful - the floor would have been more comfortable! Also, a new beach bar/dance party has been developed at the front of the hotel which starts at 4:00PM and runs until around 11:00PM. I wish we knew about this - if we wanted a drink and dance, we would go to Bangla Rd, not our own hotel. For the more expensive rooms closer to the beach, sleeping would have been a nightmare! The breakfast is still great and staff are friendly! Location hasn't changed - but the quiet little hotel has Bangla Road rubbing off on it. I hope this helps!

This hotel group is a front for trying to sell time share do not go near these people they are shonky/discreditable, there is no such thing in this country as honouring 7 day cooling off period for a contract. Paided $3,000 deposit for one of thier timeshare deals and lost the lot no refund, plus this accommodation is substandard, loud music and average food, much better places to stay in Phucket.

I've been staying here from 10 - 15 Jan, 2012. As the hotel reputation - on the beach, calm and warmly hospitality. I'm a return customer. As many guests said there're a music festival in the evening but it's okey. The usual bed time is after 10 pm anyway. I prefer the hotel location where I can walk to see the sun rise in the morning in 5 minutes and still have some coffee at the restaurant next to it. This is a reason I cannot blame the night activity. I've talked to some guys about this. Mostly are mentioned about the concert but as I asked of the noticed on the website and they didn't see. So whose wrong then? Take the chance of staying on the beach activity or go deeper into the city listening to the engine roars all night.

Have stayed at this location on several occasions and would consider one of the prime locations in Patong. Stayed in the Andaman Suites right on the beach and planned to return regularly. Since the 15th December 2011 until March 2012 they have a Bacardi Disco Promotion on the beach in front of the hotel. The view as well as the noise from the Andaman Suites has been compromised and spoilt. One room has been taken over by storage fridges for the Bacardi promotion. You cannot sit outside any room at this accommodation during the music playing which is supposed to go from 5pm to 10pm but quite often goes through until after midnight. We are definitely not prudes and love music and loud but not the doof doof which is all you hear. Many people have booked out and the people in charge of the Bacardi promotion are only interested in any money they can make and not the people involved in staying at the hotel or attending their disco. Would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel until after March. The staff at this hotel are lovely and they are also very upset at the promotion as it has reduced their wages as well and they have to deal with all the complaints and people booking out unhappy.
