We arrived to the hotel at about 9 pm when we got there the staff made us feel very welcome and would open every door as you walk through! I found this so amazing because in Australia we would never get such good service like this and we are on a much higher pay rate! The bed in the hotel was very comfy the air conditioning was great aswell we stayed in the pool acess room great to dip in the pool to wake up befor you go to the amazing breakfast! The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the main shopping area which is good because you can get away from it all if your not in the mood. Free wifi is excellent! The only down part would be the hotels restaurant is a little bit expensive compared to the other places in the area but it didn't bother us because it was nice to explore patong beach :) hope this review is helpful :)

Booked this hotel for 4 nights in January after some extensive research for hotels in Patong area of Phuket.

We were looking for a bit of tranquility away from the noise and bustle of the main area of Patong but not too far to walk home at the end of the night.

This hotel is one of the best in Patong, ideally located for the beach as it 3 metres away across the road.

The hotel is boutique, ultra modern and has a brilliant pool and sun deck area. The infinity pool overlooks the amazing views of the beach and sea.

Our beach view room overlooked the pool and beach and had its own jacuzzi on the balony...perfect for nursing your skin after a day in the sun.

The rooms are very swanky, with flat screen tv, ipod dock stereo system, huge beds and loads of space. The bathroom has a floating bath and one of those natural rain type shower that drop from the ceiling. They even have bottles of aftersun, available for your convenience. Literally everything is thought about here to take the stresses away.

The mini bar is complimentary throughout your stay and is topped up daily, which is a nice touch.

The hotel is located along the main beachfront road but is far enough away from all the bars and bright lights of Bangla Road and other bustling late night areas. However, it is only a 10-15 min walk from the main strip or a cheap ride in a tuk tuk.

We had breakfast most mornings which was delicious. They even cook your eggs or omlettes just the way you like it. You can have anything from full english to continental or even fresh fruit. Staff are friendly and really do try their best to do what they can for you.

Swim up bar was a nice shady heaven for a bit of time out from sun bathing. They make great smoothies and cocktails. We ate here a few times and the food was reasonably priced and pretty good.

The sunlounger around the pool were very comfortable and theres plenty more than there is people so you never have to fight to find one.

All in all, the stay at The B-Lay Tong, Patong was very good and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who still wants to experience the delights of Patong at night but wants a nice quiet and relaxing daytime in the sun.

I have just returned from Phuket where I was lucky enough to spend 6 nights at the B-Lay Tong, situated at the quieter end of the strip.The hotel is beautifully appointed and the rooms are large, comfortable and extremely clean. The breakfast was 1st class with so much choice and the staff are always on hand to make your coffee of choice. We also took advantage of the brunch buffet on the saturday complete with a bottle of wine of your choice ( the manager has compiled a delicious wine list, very moreish)
The pool is divine and the constant supply of towels and shade persuaded me to sunbathe their instead of crossing the road to the beach!! I cannot wait to return....
