This was a great hotel for my first time in Phuket. I was traveling with my mother and we both really enjoyed this property. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. They have 2 pools, the large one located on the 3rd floor and a smaller more private pool on the 7th floor - both equipped with bars. If you are not a fan of loud nights, be sure to request a room far away from the Hard Rock Cafe since it does get pretty crazy at night. They offer a buffet breakfast and there is a very large selection of western, European and Asian cuisine. I recommend eating lunch and dinner along the main road that hotel is situated beside. You are about a 15 min walk from the Juncelyon Mall and Bangla Road and minutes away from amazing restaurant, shops and massage parlors.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Great location. 5 minute walk to very crowded but beautiful beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of selection. Happy hour at the 7th floor pool is recommended. Hard Rock Cafe is convenient but pricey compared to other restaurants in the area.

I stayed there during January 2012 for 2 weeks. The Adventure Club across from reception was great for booking trips, and the food staff were exceptional! From the pool bar to the breakfast chefs, everyone was so welcoming. The rooms are cleaned daily which is great and the hotel is in a great location- its very close to the main attractions and shops. Although I personally think there are other beaches better than Patong beach, the other beaches are only a short taxi ride away, and I would rather stay in a hotel closer to the main attractions and shops. I highly recommend going to this place.

If you want to be closed to the action, the Courtyard is for you! We booked the room at the last minute, so we paid a high rate for a junior suite. Well designed, comfortable beds, the only thing is that the bath at stains on it.

The were confused with my Marriot status, so they offered me free breakfast and free internet and later called me to tell me they made a mistake and non of it is included. So I did not try the Internet nor the breakfast.

It is located in the same building as the Hard Rock Cafe, and they have live band every evening.

Location is the main asset for this hotel. You're in the middle of it. Walking distance from restaurants, shoppings, beach and bars.
