My mother and I stayed in this hotel twice in November 2011 as we left our house in Bangkok due to the flood. We stayed in a deluxe room on the 10th floor. The room was in good condition. The carpet is a little bit old but the room was spacious and well furnished. The bathroom is as good as a good bathroom of a hotel in this category. The breakfast is fine with many selection. The location is perfect for Khon Kaen.

The Kosa is a nice Hotel. It is a bit older, but well maintained. The location is great. Close to Expat bars, the new Central Plaza and town. I can't say much for the food. The bed was a King size and very soft ( which I like.) The staff is friendly and easy to deal with.The Pullman hotel is across the street, but for almost double the price. This was actually my 3rd stay here and I will continue to stay here as I enjoy it very much.

Good hotel, but is a touch dated and the decor is some what tired with thread bare carpets etc..

Right in the heart and sole of the city.

They have now built a new car park but it is still a short walk from the front door. Nothing to worry about

Arrived tired after a drive from the Gulf. It was Christmas so the place was full of Thai revellers. We live in Laos so this was the last leg home.
We had a double room on the 6th floor. A huge room with old style furnishings, it stood out as a Chinese owned hotel with cheap trimmings. At 8 pm the bar across the back cranked up Thai pop music and it was hard to sleep. Not the hotel's fault, but just a warning.. What was the hotels fault was the large number of bed bug bites I sustained. Itched for days. When I told the staff they merely thanked me (as though for the compliment) and did not offer to partially refund.. Its well situated for shopping and restaurants but there is not excuse for bed bugs.. maybe they arrived after being kicked off Thai trains.
