The Kosa is a nice Hotel. It is a bit older, but well maintained. The location is great. Close to Expat bars, the new Central Plaza and town. I can't say much for the food. The bed was a King size and very soft ( which I like.) The staff is friendly and easy to deal with. The Pullman hotel is across the street, but for almost double the price. This was actually my 3rd stay here and I will continue to stay here as I enjoy it very much.
