If you are searching for that one special place to stay then this is it......small but perfectly formed......beautiful rooms set in immaculate grounds, a fantastic beach location - sandy, warm seas and almost empty. If you can secure a beach front villa; it's heavenly swinging in the hammock or laying in your own jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the sea.
It is rare to receive such constantly excellent service, The manager, James and his team are both discreet but there in a flash when you need them. The food is superb, a great mixture of Thai & international cusines - much of it locally sourced. We had an amazing dinner on the beach, as well as several lovely suppers outside on the terrace.
This is a great place to come if you want to totally switch off, do nothing but laze around and be looked after like a very special friend, but If you want to be a little more active then the team can organize things for you, we had some fun trips out including elephant riding,a visit to the local market and a night out in Hua Hin. We also spent loads of time in the spa - outside rooms overlooking the sea - massage heaven!!
We couldn't recommend this place enough - we had an amazing time at Aleenta & will be going again & again...........
