We stayed at Baan Laksasubha for 3 weeks and enjoed every minute (family of six from 9 months to 67 years old). Location is ideal, very close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet, 5 minutes easy walk to the centre. All the staff were excellent, reception, breakfast, dining, pool, room maids and beach service could not be faulted (this includes the management who really did take an active interest without being over attentive). A little unexpected completion of the beach front infinity pool and a new beach side bar but the activities wre screened until complete so no problem. The gardens are beautifully maintained and clever use of hanging baskets used as screening provides a nice finice finishing touch. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. I was able to get free Wi Fi, even on the beach, and no password required. We have been to Hua Hin 18 times and this is probably the best hotel in, and we have stayed at most of the expensive ones. Will we go there again? YES, as soon as possible.

After a long, arduous journey we arrived late at the hotel to fine that I had inadvertently booked a first floor room, but upon seeing my walking stick, the reception staff politely suggested that my stay would be a more pleasurable one if we occupied a ground floor room. I found this very hospitable. The following check in was smooth and efficient.

The hotel is lovely and situated near all the attractions of Hua Hin but is yet secluded and very quiet. The rooms are immaculately cleaned each day, with very comfortable beds.

Breakfast is good and the staff we encountered were all very nice and helpful. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for them. Very nice, professionally run hotel that somehow maintains that family run, personal feel.

We recommend this hotel/Resort to all. We would definitely stay here again but we liked Hua Hin so much that we now live here.

We stayed at Baan Laksasubha for 5 nights from 13th November 2011. Having read reviews on here that mentioned the renovations we initially booked for just one night. Since the hotel was in our preferred location, being a five minute walk from the central part of town.

After a very good night’s sleep in a really comfortable bed, we had breakfast by the original central swimming pool and then headed to the beach where we saw that the new pool had been finished and just needed filling up with water. A sign stated that it was due to open very soon and it is our belief that it now has.

We stayed in a garden cottage room which was reasonably large, light, airy and very nicely decorated with efficient air-con. The room had a well appointed shower room, a TV, DVD player and sound system.

The staff all seemed very friendly and willing to assist in making our stay most enjoyable. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants some peace and a lot of comfort in very well kept mature gardens.

The only reason we didn't give 5 out of 5 was we just missed out on the new pool!

We are staying here for the next ten days and so far have really enjoyed the small quiet hotel. The staff are very helpful and yes there are renovations going on but we were advised before we booked. The work is progressing very quickly and we have seen a big difference in the 3 days we have been here. The location is very central and yet the setting is very tranquil. Much nicer to be in a small select hotel where you dont have to fight for a table at meal times! The Owners are very friendly and have made us extremely welcome and are always asking for feed back so that they can keep up the good standards.
