My husband n I brought about 54 Malaysian tourist to this hotel.We check in on 6th of December.All of us are Indians.The service that the hotel staffs gave were extremely terrible.Our tourist complained n we promised to ourself never to stay in this hotel anymore.We rather choose Novotel than Lee Garden.Novotel is also in the heart of the town.The staffs were very rude not as what people use to mention thailand people are very polite and helpful.This hotel dont provide tea coffee maker so I have to require for hot water from the housekeeping.But the husekeeping staffs couldnt be bothered even after I mentioned that I need urgently to mix milk for ny baby.After about 5 calls then only they attended my equirement.Location of the hotel is great but what's the point service is worst.Moreover,hotel rooms are not clean and stinking.Beds not comfortable at all.I would not recommend this hotel at all especially for any Indian Tourist.Worst ! Horrible !

location is great and in house body massage for only 240bahts for 1.5 hours. but when it comes to sleep its bad. dont bother taking the suites at all. airconditioning sucks. took four normal rooms and one suite room number 2512 and one of the normal rooms 2514 smelled of sewerage. stayed here for 3 nights on a chinese new year. the air conditioning was terrible in most of the suites and some of the normal rooms. many other guest on our 25th floor had similiar problems. complained to Miss phatwawee the manager, mr pitches and many others. all of them have been trained to tell you that if you want better hotel go to novotel. Not prepared to accept or even hear your complaints. they also dont believe in changing your room. their answer is we will send engineer to your room. i had and engineer sent to my room almost 8 times during the course of my stay. WARNING ALL TOURIST AND TOURISM COMPANIES. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT A GOOD COME BACK. NOTHING MORE IMPORTANT THEN A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP AND A GOOD BREAKFAST WHEN ON HOLIDAY. the breakfast is the same old thing every morning. try the seasons or the mayflower grande hotel. checked out the rooms and found it to be more cleaner and better. just a few blocks away from lee plaza in a great location.

Room was horrible, bad matress, smelled and dated. Bathroom was huges but not clean.
Cheap, great loacation and dirt cheap sky buffet at 33rd floor with limited choice.
I would not recommend this hotel as there are more valueable hotels around with better room.

Smelly lifts, breakfast area stinks too. Have to switch lifts as there's no direct lift to your rooms.. There's newer hotels around the area at cheaper rates.

Have to recommend MAJO resturarant nearby, its at 135/6 Thammonvitee, tel: 081 7667032. Great food, fantastic services, cheap prices if you're picky like me, and unwilling to eat street food
