We stayed in this hotel for about a week and we enjoyed the stay really. The hotel is located from the 23rd floor but the facilities are convenient to forget about this like there are 3 dedicated elevators to take you the hotel and from 23rd floor reception, there are special lifts to all the above floors.

As far as hotel amenities are concerned, everything is available and superb. There are even service laundry which are unique to only few hotels and there is a full fledged health center. The breakfast is excellent and covers all the varieties. The hotel is also located in a convenient place nearby local TRA rail station, 10 minutes drive to High speed rail, near shopping malls like Nova etc. It is also about 20 minutes drive from Taoyuan international Airport.

Only thing is the rooms are small compared with the hotels of same class and same locality

I have stayed at this hotel several times during 2009. I must say that it is always a pleasure. The staff can be somewhat over-service minded, e.g. pressing the elevator button for you or insisting on carrying you luggage (things I really dislike).

The breakfast buffet in the restaurant offers good western dishes (like scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, yoghurt and likewise).

The hotel offers a great elevated view of Jhongli.

Don't miss the steak house across the road or the department store next door.

Free internet and free bottled water in room. Free do-it-yourself-laundrymat.

The good: I was given an upgrade to a junior suite. It was very comfortable and clean. Quite a bargain considering the room wasn't more than USD 70. Free Internet is a nice touch. It looks like the rooms have been recently remodeled. The staff is very helpful, friendly and they seem to genuinely care about guests. This hotel is about 15 mins/NTD 200 from the high speed rail. There is a department store, and plenty of fast food, pharmacies, convenience stores, etc. right outside.

The bad: The bathrooms are very clean, but seemed a little plain. The breakfast buffet was not that exciting and seemed really messy. (This could be a fault of the sloppy guests who don't know buffet courtesy, though.) There are lots of weddings and banquets held on the weekends at this hotel, and the crowds in the elevators on the way to the sky lobby can be annoying.
