The rooms were old and dirty. After one night here, I was covered in insect bites. The restaurants stated they close at 9pm, but I went at 8:45 and they refused to serve me. This hotel is a vile 80s timewarp.
The rooms aren't comfortable, the blinds do not block out the light and the internet connection was a shocker!
The facilities are old and the whole place is past its prime.

The Howard plaza provides relatively spacious rooms. They are equipped with full size bath rooms (with separate shower and bath), a small anteroom with a wardrobe and a kingsize bed. The technical furnishing is up to date but not luxurious. The air condition system is pleasantly quiet.
Rooms are serviced daily with new towels and linen.
The interior of the commonly used areas in the hotel are sound but basic.
Breakfast is served as an Asian and Western style buffet. However, the offered dishes are too cold most of the time.
