It’s a nice hotel, on the beach and the food is also good, our problem was the staff, when I first called on the number to make a reservation, the reception said that there are no one at the reservation… call later… I called 6 times I got the same response other than that every thing was ok… I simply loved the hotel…. We stayed there for 2 weeks, My friend had a small accident and I wanted some plasters and cotton, But the reception staff said “the front office manager is on his break so we are unable to give” they said that the front office manager has taken the first aid box key….. how can a manager do that ?

And I wanted to meet the front office manager next day but he hadn’t come, I complained to the Restaurant manager.

There are few things you will have to change….. do not spoil the hotel name because of the staff.

Nice location and pool area but the rooms needs an update. It smelled of mold and the furniture was old. Some of the staff in the reception needs needs to practice more english. The service in general was very slow. Breakfast and dinner buffet was fresh.

We were staying with my friends for 2 days, very disappointing! Pool staff was shouting at us and disturbing, food was poor, rooms dirty and without basic facilities - no TV, leaking shower, AC is not working, noisy with local visitors. It is not so cheap now so they have no idea about how to please the client for the money. Seems security and pool attendant having deals with local traders so they are bothering you at the beach non stop.

Hotel is located directly at the beach, altough most of the time it's to dangerous to go into the water because of strong currents. They have a nice pool which you can use instead. Hotel is located very close to the airport so it's good to start your journey from there as you don't have a long travel there. Food was alright, but not great: Buffet for breakfast and dinner. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
