The hotel was very dirty. I was surprised to see that the partition in the washroom in the lobby area was broken.. no idea how they want us to use the washroom ! The entire hotel had a bad odour. The room was filthy ... ants everywhere. The bathroom flush inlet was leaking, toilet fittings was badly done. No lock to the bathroom from inside. The door of the room had a 1/2 centimeter slit which was half closed by a black take. We were peovided with broken hangers. The list just goes on !

It was a very bad experiece and complete waste of money!

Overpriced, annoying staff. Noisy rooms which are shabby and dirty, bathroom barely working, TV as good as useless. Only working thing was the A/C. Brochure pictures are outright deceiving.
The only reason we went there is a rotten deal the taxi operator at the airport offered us after landing at 3AM and having our baggage lost.
After a day we found out that we can get a better hotel for half the price.

No reason to stay here at all. STAY OUT.

Had been there for two night, chosen this hotel due to the close location to tge airport. Photos on the webite were promising, but reality was terrible. Dirty bathroom, smelly furniture, towels and blankets, awfull and lazy service, no wifi, A/C is not working. Tons of mosquitos. Childish and not clean swimming pool. Huge disappointment. Doesn't cost it's money at all. Never go there, find a better place.

The manager spoke english and promised much..but did nothing especially not booking a taxi for airport journey. Explained in detail of type of food we would like and he talked to chef and food not what asked for. 66 steps to top floor rooms. Best was the swiming pool on roof which is even higher. Had to ask manager 5 times for porter to take bags up, waited over 40 minutes. Bathroom wet, flush didnot work and hot water intermittent. Mosquito net on one bed but not the other. Building interesting and decent size rooms and could be improved. Staff seemed to not undertand what we wanted or needed and stood around a lot not doing much.
