Beautiful simple yet highly stylish rooms, we had a mezzanine floor in ours with a spare bed, didn't use it but made the room feel very spacious. Wonderful attentive service, excellent breakfast. Well maintained and kept gardens and pool. This has been created with customers habits and desires in mind, little things like moving the tables onto the grass at dinner time so that you can dine under the stars for example. Wonderful Christmas dinner - as this was first away from home for me it managed to live up to all expectations. The owner genuinely cares about the well being of all her guests (she happened to be there at the same time as us due to Christmas) and came around and spoke to every guest every evening despite being on vacation herself. the manager did everything to try and please, including charging my phone for me in his office when i couldn't get it to work in my room.
Extremely happy to start our tour of Sri Lanka in this wonderful haven. A real treat and felt quite spoilt after staying here.
Highly recommended for romance, friends and families with young children (not too much to do in the local area for older kids).

After a great and interesting round trip we spent 5 days in Club Villas ... we just had a perfect and fantastic time! Beautiful room, amazing pool, sensational terrace and more than delicious food. Every morning we enjoyed Sri Lankan breakfast, had brilliant hours at the pool. A big thank you to the friendly staff and well observed management. Especially to the housekeeper who was so help-full and maintained the rooms so well.Never heard about Bava but became a follower after bing to this home of Dreams

Must say the best in island and the service is grate you hardly notice that they're alert to notice what guest wants. evening tea & afternoon king coconut was so refreshing. must say from most of the hotels i have visited this is one of the most remembered a evergreen hotel

Beautifully built under the architect Jeffory Bawa, this small but plentiful offers guests a sanctuary of privacy, relaxation and seclusion. Mostly for romantic getaways where coupled can lounge in the garden, cool down in the pool and the take a short walk to the beaches.

The owners/managers are extremely hospitable and will provide suggestions on further travels around the country.

The decor is simple, detailed and eye catching from the room interior to the restaurant, bar and reception area.
