Lily Village is one of the few secrets that one would rather not publish. However, Marie and her team are working in a very challenging southern Sri Lanka and she deserves to receive more guests to support her very unique auberge. Lily Village is for those who truly appreciate the details in hospitality. From welcome to departure, Marie and her team of 12 ensure that privacy is respected, comfort is ensured and that the highest level of service is provided. (In fact, a member of the staff took the long bus ride from Bentota to Colombo to deliver a forgotten computer cable before our flight departure!) Not for those who want air conditioned mass-produced boutique hotels. Lilly Village is a gem. Feeling at home..a 3 minute walk with the house pets to Bentota beach, awake to the sound of the birds, and feast on the unique cuisine that blends fresh local produce with western concepts. An exceptional Aryuveda masseur. Design with a heart and soul. Please, treat this secret with care.

Lilly village is a must go. it is very well located , only 5 minutes by walk from the bentota beach. the place is lovely, very quiet and nicely decorated and provides a great environment to chill out and stay after the burst of sri lanka cities. Plus, the food served is absolutely delicious. last but not least the service is wonderful. if you need anything, Marie will be there to help and provide advice. One of the greatest place we stayed in Asia that I will highly recommend.
