Thanks Hyatt, for the great memories we had at Jeju and for exceeding our expectations! From the reception to the concierge, to even the maintenance man, the service was great!
They fixed the slow drainage in the bathtub right away when we told them about it after we discovered it after check in. They were very apologetic and so efficient in making it right!
The staff were all very courteous, especially at the Terrace Cafe! The servers there were so friendly and helpful with helping us order our food which by the way was so tasty! Because it was a resort and we had no car, we stayed on the hotel grounds most of the time and enjoyed the surroundings immensely. We were also really impressed with all the TV channels that were available. Can I suggest that you may think of renting/loaning out bicycles to your guests to get around the area, that would have really made it even better!
