“Extremely comfortable bed.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 February 2012 via mobile

This is the only hotel I have ever been in with four lovely down pillows that were not overstuffed. I know this seems crazy, but overstuffed pillows only look good, they are woefully uncomfortable to sleep on.
The room service was prompt, polite and the food was great. I had supper and a marvelous breakfast(I simply I loathe buffets, so opted for the room service in the package). The hotel location is very close to the airport and the shuttle runs every 20 minutes. The rooms are not super swanky or posh, but they are perfectly adequate. I must say though, at 285 USD, inexcusable not to include free wifi. That just seems like a horrid money grab.

“Become worse year by year”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

I stay at the hotel time by time on my trips to Europe and back, and I forced to stay at the hotel by my company policy. At the beginning (nine years ago), it was really nice hotel in the best Asian and Korean traditions. Now, their check in and concierge service worsed much, quality of in-room amenities is not as good as before. And now, "new innovation": they changed normal standard for the whole hotel world digital clocks by something not describable. So, if you wake up at night time or even in darkness, you are not able to check the time, becase new clocks in rooms are old fasioned analog clocks without any lightening. I am wandering who brought the innovation to the hotel.

“Incheon Stop-over”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 January 2012

We have had 2 stop-overs in this hotel, courtesy of Korean Air. Once in November on our way to Europe, and once in January on our way home. We found that the Hyatt Regency is all that you would expect a first-class hotel to be, clean, comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. The staff were a stand-out, unfailingly polite and helpful and only too ready to "go the extra mile". Our check-in was swift and efficient, with luggage delivered to our room promptly. Our room showed some slight signs of wear. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom gleamingly clean, all we needed for an overnight lay-over. We were provided with meal vouchers to use as we were transit passengers, and we found that the choice and quality of dishes we had, was quite good -- but certainly not 5 star. Regular hotel patrons dining in the restaurant would probably find it different. We would certainly consider staying here again for a longer visit to Korea,

“Short Visit but a Great One”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 January 2012

We were sent to this Hotel by Korean Air as our stopover hotel for our onward flight the next day.
What can we say, it was a truly short stay, having arrived in the evening and checking out early to catch our flight out. But it was a really comfortable stay. The staff couldn't do enough. The rooms were great, showing some sign of wear and tear, but not enough that it could possibly have affected our stay. If I have one thing to complain about, just that you had to pay for internet. Out side of this, everything was great, including their breakfast in 8 Restaurant.
My final comment after having traveled to so many places around the world, where ever you go, you can always tell a hotel that really trains it's staff. Hyatt Regency Incheon is one of those that obviously spends money on training staff. Well Done.

“Best hotel in Incheon airport area”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 January 2012

This hotel is eight minutes to international terminal ICN airport. The lobby is very nice, very spacious. Once we get off the bus, the greetings party efficiently take our luggages to distribute them to our rooms. The check in was not very efficient for groups, we had to wait around for twenty minutes before our rooms were ready. The rooms were basic but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was standard not great but certainly not substandard. Using our Gold passport, we got very good deal on room prices. Bus leaving to international terminal every twenty minutes, Korean Air has check in desk right at the lobby. All in all, as transit hotel, this property offers a very good value for travellers in transit.
