We stayed three nights, not consecutively, since we were traveling with a group to Gwangju in the middle of our stay. The hotel is clean and quite comfortable, staff being very helpful to visitors on Kyungbok National University business (our hosts negotiated the price). Although not close to the school (it's located near the Convention Center), it was in the general area. The food was good, especially offering European style (and of course Korean) breakfast in the buffet. We used laundry services which were prompt and efficient, but using Korean is a must for such a service. Espresso was self-service in the buffet, important for Seattle travelers. Our room had a terrific panoramic view; wifi comes at additional cost. Many international students and military students were in the hotel during our stay.

Firstly we have to say that this hotel could be considered a discrete four star hotel (surely not a five star). This for the average service level, the moderate care and elegance of the common areaa, especially in the older annex, and for the strange mix of stlyle - american, spanish, korean - sometimes it could seem a train station more than an hotel.
Rooms are modern and very standard, the swimming pool and Spa area enough disappointing and furthermore not included in the room price.
The restaurant inside are modest and we literalely escaped by the chinese restaurant, very sad, with an evident low service level and outrageous prices.
But on the positive side we have to say that the breakfast is ok, served in a wide and luminous hall and et the end of the story the total cost of the room gives to Inter Burgo an acceptable value for money ratio.
I don't know if Daegu, by the way a very pleasant town, offers better lodging options.
In any case Inter Burgo remains an acceptable solution for a maximum of 2 days stay.

Very nice located, with a very nice parc and view to the river.
The staff is friendly, the hotel clean, the rooms could be refurbished or say.... not as up to date as I expected.
WIFI need to be paid, but cheap.
Good buffet for breakfast.

Location was out of the way. No coffee or shampoo in room. Lobby and service was impressive, although room was old and small. AC/heater was not quiet. Best thing was that it was a block away from a convenience store and some authentic Korean restaurants with picture menus. Also, free Internet in lobby. For a few dollars more, stay at Novotel - best value esp. if you're taking public transportation or cabs.
