Filthy, falling apart. Water damage in room, repairs to water damage were horrible. Door frame on room falling apart. Filthy carpets, trash behind the bureau. Bed sheets were clean but bed terribly uncomfortable. Only plus, nice flat screen TV and wireless was fine. Water break to plumbing...no water from 6 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and then no hot water. Toilet ran constantly. Bathroom sink cracked, floor filthy, window disgusting. no lights outside room, stairway to second floor falling apart. Carport falling apart. Clerk at front desk wearing a dirty shirt. No breakfast provided blamed water break for that. Never again!

I don't expect much when staying at a Super8, except a place to sleep at night. Some have been surprisingly good, others could be called Motel Hell.

This one falls on the short side. It's not actually in Albany, but far from the city centre in a place called Colonie. The room was average sized and very dated. However, it was clean, the bathroom serviceable. The light fixture on the ceiling could use a thorough cleaning.

Checking in and out was easy, and the staff were personable and helpful. The bed definitely needs to be replaced, it's just worn out and uncomfortable.

The breakfast isn't worth the walk from your room.

We were passing thru for the night. 2 adults and 2 teens. It was the cheapest place but more expensive than nicer places we had stayed in. Room stunk, table was broken, bathroom served a purpose but felt dirty, and breakfast was not worth going to. The girl in the office was very nice but the place is run down andnot with the cost of $74 a room. Thankfully we only slept there and left ASAP next morning. Will read Tripadvisor before we book anywhere in future. Glad to leave

If you can, skip this hotel. What a rip-off for 73 bucks a night. Rooms are old, stains on the carpet and their breakfast is a joke. Not to mention the 'perminant' residents of this super 8. Full blown drama people, fighting with eachother and I wouldn't be surprised if drugs are part
of it too. Best thing to do is go to the better part of town, maybe spend some extra bucks, but whatever you do, do NOT go to this hotel if you're looking for comfort or a clean room. Their wi-fi sucks big time too !
