Sales person, Evan Hammond provided excellent customer service prior to and during our meeting room stay at the Hotel. We travelled from NYC to Albany, and found the room prepared to our requirements and our name plate outside the room. Staff directed our visitors to the room throughout the day, anf offered them coffee near the desk. Evan was very helpful in making this a worry free experience. Will definitly visit again.

I've been looking for a clean, yet enjoyable location to stop with the family when we are on a long road trip. Finally found it with this Holiday Inn Express.

We spent one night at this hotel as we were passing through.

Hotel lobby was under renovation which was unsightly, but not loud.

Staff was quick and friendly.

The buffet breakfast was okay but FREE. It was very crowded when we ate and several people were coughing on te food. Gross.

The room was very clean and well organized. Not overly spacious, but perfect for one night. it appeared to be recently renovated and had great features, including free wifi and digital cable. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

In my opinion The price was a bit high for the hotels quality. Even a $10 reduction in rate would increase the value and keep me coming back!

Very pleased with our stay here a few weeks ago. We had no complaints with this property. I would like to suggest perhaps putting a TV in the pool area. i would definitely stay here again.
