I felt so welcomed the moment I walked in! The entire staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and happy to help - and I just love that. They even treated each other very nicely.

The sauna and steam room was just what I needed and not a lot of hotels have that. Parking was a breeze and I didn't have to drive much because they were just so close to everything or offered a shuttle when I didn’t feel like walking.

The room was immaculate and housekeeping was just as pleasant!

I will certainly stay here every time I visit the area!

Hotel was clean and service was excellent. When I go back to Albany, this is where I would stay.

Stayed here on 12/10 with a couple friends; we were in town to see a friends band play.
The locaton was perfect for where we needed to get to. Less than a 5 minute walk.
We were greeted and checked in without a problem by Jake. He also gave us directions on where to find the club we were there to go to. (Thanks Jake!)
The room was pretty huge compared to others I've styed in. (2 queen beds)-it had a modern, hip feel to it. The beds were comfy. If I had to mention anything about the room, and it's more of an observation than a complaint-- there was no "desk" to put my laptop on-- there were only 2 small round end tables in the room. Maybe the desk got broken and this was a temporary fix or something?? I dunno it was just odd, but it worked.
The breakfast in the morning was great, how could you really complain about a free breakfast anyway?? it's free.
The area was fine, I saw some people say they wouldn't walk around at night --sketchy people around-- I didn't see that at all.
I work in a Hotel so I tend to be critical of places, which is also why I wrote this (my first) review. I had a good stay and it definitely met all of my needs.
If I'm in Albany again, I'll stay here.

had an enjoyable time - no perks for priority club members - if you like a bigger room ask for the handicapped king if available, lot more room.. yet very noisy from roadway. coffee which is suppose to be 24/7 was empty! Huge inconvenience to me at that moment. computers for guests to use cute little pool in lobby decent televisions.
