My husband and I recently stayed here with our 3 month old puppy. Our room was clean, comfortable and conveniently located on the first floor, There were plenty of safe places to walk our dog outside and the staff were very helpful and friendly. (they even gave our puppy dog treats when we walked over for coffee in the morning) We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here several times. Always clean and quiet during the week. Front desk staff is cheerful and helpful. Inconsistent breakfast room staff, this time the attendant was hard pressed to make a greeting or a smile... always consistent stay.

I have platinum status and this place is the worst Marriott Suite I have stayed in. They have more excuses to problems than solutions. My kitchenette has no pot, pans, limited silverware, and no cutting knives to mention a few and management said they cannot do anything about it. I found a piece of broken glass in plain sight, so vacuuming is not existent. The TV is about 10 yrs old. When you request for the room to be cleaned, they don't clean it. The breakfast is very limited, almost useless. As I am typing, I am listening to a customer indicating his TV remote is not working and the desk person instead of sending someone to take care of the problem; they want the customer to get the remote for them.

My husband is staying here while he completes a job in Albany, and this is a very acceptable alternative to a leased apartment. Staff is courteous and very helpful, the rooms are clean, and the pool area is nice, although pool is only four feet deep. Parking gets a bit full by the end of the day, and the lot is a bit constricted. This hotel is located right across from SUNY, which is a great place to walk. There's an outside gas grill, as well as a fully appointed kitchen. Dishwasher doesn't work that well, but otherwise, the kitchenette is equipped with a full size stove, fridge and microwave. Soda and water machines are located in the building, and snacks and convenience foods in the lobby. There's a (very) small workout room. The laundry room has three washers and four dryers, and although the washers work well, the dryers are not really industrial...it took nearly two hours to dry a load of clothes. The free breakfast is adequate. Overall, a very good value and convenient.
