Hard time finding hotel in the area (was move in week for SUNY Albany). But was able to book the last room here. Room was clean. Had problem with room key. Had to insert it about 6 times before it finally opened, not just once but each time we entered our room. But for the money, the hotel was very good.

I'm going to echo what Biagi and Ideo stated in their reviews: although the hotel was a bit dated (with 60's designs carved into them), the internet was down for the majority of my stay and my magnetic room keycards kept needing to be re-charged, the room was larger than I expected it would be, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent and the dining area was larger than average, so - no real complaints; not a bad place to stay for the money if all you really need is a comfortable place to sleep.

Stayed here on Monday 17th October. Very old fashioned hotel and not in a good way.
Room was basic but clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was tiny and internet connection was extremely unreliable. There was a horrible smell in the corridor and the breakfast was appalling! We had a room at the front of the hotel and there was a lot of traffic noise. Luckily we were only staying here for 1 night on our way to Boston.
We would not stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else

The room is a little dated - the walls had a 60's design carved into them. That said, everything else about my stay was perfect. For $115 tax included, we got everything we needed. A comfortable bed, a quiet room (even though it was airport facing), decent breakfast included, and best of all, no bed bugs. I'm very cautious of hotels in New England knowing the horrendous bed bug problem in the New York area, however it is safe to say that I checked both the mattress and sheets, and there was no sign of bed-bugs. For such a cheap price, I would absolutely return.

So far my experience with Best Western in general has been excellent.
