Stayed there last summer, we were invited to a colleagues wedding and our experience there was phenomenal.

This is now a Hilton property. Nice downtown hotel, pleasant lounge with nice background music. Rates were reasonable. Seemed to be a problem getting me checked in even though I had a confirmed reservation. Food was good. Hiton preferred members get access to the Club Lounge. Hotel needs some sprucing up...not quite the quality I would expect from Hilton.

The one main complaint I have with this hotel is that you can't control the temperature in the room. During winter, the AC is turned off and you only have heat. My room was 78 degrees when I checked in and I couldn't get it to cool off. The instructions next to the thermostat states that if you want to cool the room during the winter season you should open the window. What?! I won't stay here again until summer when I hope I can cool the room.

It was nice to have a free shuttle to the airport.

We stayed here for a night during our trip back North from Florida. We arrived pretty late so I guess there was no more standard room left and we were upgraded to a suite. We got a great rate from a bidding site for this room was a great value for the amount of money we paid. This hotel is now affiliated with Hilton and I have seen improvements compared to previous reviews. Parking in next door garage is now free. You just need to ask for a pass from the front desk. The room was clean and furniture was in great condition. There is free wifi in the room and the wuality was consistent. The suite had a king size bed, living room, bar area with fridge and microwave, and two flat screen tv. The bathroom was tiny compared to the rest of the room. It was maybe 2m x 3m. There was a swimming pool and a hot tub in the hotel but we didn't swim. There was no changing/shower area. Also, the pool area wasn't heated very well and since we went in the winter, it was pretty cold.
My complaints :
1. the toilet bowl wasn't cleaned properly. It was late at night so I didn't bother to complain.
2. no coffee in the lobby
3. I can't find direct access from the parking lot to the hotel
4. the hotel gave me a bill even though I pre paid my stay which was confusing
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. This hotel was rated 2 1/2 star by priceline and I felt that is appropriate. If they improve on service though, it has the potential to be 3* plus.
