I stayed at this hotel on 12/31. I have waited this long to write a review because I called the hotel 8 times and tried to resolve the issue of them charging my card for services I did not recieve. After leaving the 8 messages without a return phone call and now paying for services I did not receive, I will not be staying here again, even though I frequent DT Albany, I will stay elsewhere, this place is nothing special and if they don't even have the decency to return a call, they have lost my business. So if management reviews this post, maybe you should speak with Scott and Matt in accounting and whoever fields the general voicemail box, I never had the "pleasure" of speaking with a person only numerous voicemails that we never returned. BTW this is my first negative review EVER!
