I booked thru hotels ,com durung a back from blizzard trip. Room wasnt heated, smelled, showed us five rooms before there was one with heat. The desk person put on makeup and said she couldnt smell mothin. Refused to move us to an inside room and
refused to call manager. The internet didnt work

Very small room for a two bedroom. Tub is really but really small. Free continental breakfast is acceptable. When we came in the lobby at 07:30 am the attendant had her feet on the desk and kept them when we past in front of her. We understood that she had worked all night, but she could have been a little more ''customer oriented'. Close to a few restaurant and a large mall which can be usefull. Aside from interstate 87 which is just great. I would recommend this hotel for a one night stop over, not more.

My husband & I chose this motel because it was around the corner from the job he had contracted. We chose to stay at Route 7 Airport. Finally, a jacuzzi suite whose tub jets work great. Doesn't look like like your typical chain hotel room, very homey. This is the first jacuzzi suite I have used that had an exhaust fan over the tub to prevent illnesses. The service was very hospitable, it's nice to deal with down to earth staff, not some stiff collar who treats guests like the next number in line. Having a VCR in the room was great to pass the time. The restaurant serves sirloin burgers, yum. The location was convenient to everything.

I had to take my teacher certification exam early in the morning and I did not want to have to leave my house at 4am and do a 2+ hour drive right before the test. I was also low on funds... so I just picked the cheapest place I could find that was close to the testing site. I did not expect the much for the price but boy was I wrong.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! There was a tv, fridge, coffee maker.

When I get there I was early... the lady at the desk apologized my room wasn't ready yet, but told me about local things to do and places to eat. When I inquired about my destination she not only realized the directions I had were off... but she looked up and printed me the correct directions.

I had no remote in my room.... they fixed that right away..... I needed extra pillows... that was taken care of right away as well.

I also have issues with the heat... the AC worked amazingly.

I could not have asked for a nicer more comfortable place with nicer people... I don't think that would be possible to find. I went there just for the purpose of the test but I had a relaxing afternoon/evening and an amazing night sleep...
