We ate at the Creole Restaurant a couple of times. Service was good and the food was beautifully presented and in a local style. It's good food. The Restaurant itself is open on 3 sides (of course) and is well laid out, comfortable and pleasant.
We cannot comment on the hotel itself, though it looked pleasant.

The family hotel is spotless, with good restaurant and great pool - be in it in the evening, when giant flying foxes are flying above-unforgetable!
It is not far to the beach, market, cheap food stal and the owner Lydia is so nice always trying to help...

The Britannia is a must for lunch or dinner, call and make a reservation, ask them for the Augergine Beignet, the Dewet's Curry Poule and of course seasonal Grilled Fish! Thier food is phenom! The rooms are very very nice, spotless, lovely staff and the owners are delightful, genuine Praslinois!

I highly recommend the Brittania. If you want to be right on the beach, which the Britannia is not, ask them about their other hotel , which is a beachfront location... Lorraine

The Britannia has a number of bungalows on one side of the street, and the main building and rooms set around a pool on the other.

I stayed in a bungalow which was very clean, modern and with excellent air conditioning. The guest house itself is quite hard to find as it's quite far up a residential street. It was very quiet and relaxing sitting on the porch of the bungalow at night.

I found the restaurant to be a bit over priced for the quality of food, but it was ok to eat in once or twice. The bar and restaurant closed at 10pm. There's no real night life close to the guest house. There are a number beaches within walking distance of the guest house.

The only real bad point is the fact that the water was turned off at 10am each morning and not turned on again until 5pm.
