We just got back from Praslin and La Digue.
Chateau de Feuilles is a delicatesse that one discovers step by step.
Even if it's not directly situated on a beach but on a private hill, it's to my mind he best choice (- truly - nothing to compare with the Lemuria or other superior resorts which are looking like big tourist clubs). Beaches are reachable by car provided by the hotel, and accessible all around the island.
This small luxury hotel is an oase of peace, and a gem of beauty and delicate pleasure. Very intimate and perfectly integrated in the environment.
We stayed in room 10, the rock end Suite, with a private small terrace where we've enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets.
As you can read from other guests, food is extremely well taken care of - one still feels the influence of the former owner, a 2* Michelin Parisian chef, and they are very attentive to use as many as possible veggies and fruits that are cultivated privately and without any pesticides.
This place is owned by a young french man, Cédric Morel, who takes the greatest care for his guests' full satisfaction.
Thank you Cédric.
