The hotel is nice with pleasant and comfortable rooms with lovely sea views. The staff were all pleasant and courteous especially Dalal on the desk who arrange a fantastic tour for us at the last minute. We may have rated the hotel higher except for the following. On our first morning there were bottles and food that had been left on the terrace over night after what appeared to be a large party. The party went on through a lot of the night and we were woken by the noise. That same morning (maybe owing to the mess) it was very difficult to get a cup of coffee.
The gym does not open until 8:00 in the morning and the spa only has one technician working meaning it is difficult get an appointment to suit your itinerary and impossible to do something together.
It is also worth mentioning that there was an info-red motion sensor in our room that was ultra sensitive and kept me awake on one of the nights.
Breakfast and dinners were good however the hotel caters to bus tours meaning if you don't choose your times to eat around their schedule you are standing in very long lines to get any food.
