Stayed in the Suite on the 3rd floor with a sea view and a balcony.The room was very spacious and clean.
The bathroom could do with some renovation as there were some stains in the corners.
Did the breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel which was quite good and elaborate,but the place was crowded both times.There were many groups staying here and the reception area was fairly busy.
Overall,a comfortable stay.

This hotel was the third we stayed in during our trip to Israel. I got the impression throughout the trip that one of the great weaknesses of tourism was the fact that there was poor customer care. It seemed that they did not really care about tourists.

The hotel was adequate. We had three single rooms between us and we were put on three separate floors. The lifts were old and small. The bathrooms needed to be updated though the rooms were OK. The food was typical in that there was a buffet which varied little from night to night.

The location was far from town centre. There was nothing about the hotel that would want you to stay there again.

We had one night in Tiberias whilst we were on a 10 day trip to Israel.

We wanted somewhere 'budget', which this hotel certainly was. The room was spacious but the whole hotel felt like it could really do with a lick of paint and a little bit of love and attention.

It is not in an ideal location for 'downtown' Tiberias.
