My family and I booked 3 hotel rooms... When we arrived we had been told that there is no parking left at the hotel and we should find our own parking !! That was for the whole 4 days we were about to stay..waking up every morning and rushing to put money in the meter so we will not get fined. That was the start... From here on it was just a downfall for the rest of the stay , from the bad service and attitude to the hotel "facilities" . Even the gym was an extra charge that to my knowledge if you pay to a ONE star hotel $240 a night , should be included. From a person that traveled the world and stay in many hotel and resorts should not even be given ONE STAR.!!!
not recommended to ANYONE that want to save his $$ , go to a small motel and eat out, you will have a good value for your $$ and eat out. You can spend less and get so much more. One word - disgusting !!!

The hotel is situated in the center of Tiberius next to the kinnerth shore. The hotel offers suitable rooms, dining rooms and swimming pool.
pros:
1. Decent rooms.
2. Good location.
cons:
1. the hotel is not well kept.
2. The hotel stuff is not very helpful (what would you think after the bell boy stand next to your car when you arrive and tells you "unpack your luagge quickly and go to the reception" without offering any help...).
3. Parking problems.
4. The public area is quite old and has to be refurbished.

Stayed here as part of a large group touring throughout Israel. The hotel was comfortable, but not spectacular. We were only here for one night, but I would have loved to have had the opportunity to explore more of the area surrounding. There are several restaurants/bars very close by that are open late which is good when returning from a long day. It is an easy location to explore the Galilee region from. Breakfast was good as usual in Israel, but there was nothing that was out of the ordinary here. The pool was very nice, I was sad I could not take advantage of it due to our schedule.

Each room had a very nice view onto the Sea of Galilee. The parking lot is a little bit of a bear particularly if you have a large vehicle! Overall though I would return here and recommend to others.

We spent 2 nights here. The room was decent and clean. The pool looked nice but closed early. Our first day, after sight-seeing in the heat we wanted to take a dip but were out of luck! The next day we purposely returned early to use the pool. There were pool activities, sot eh area was loud and crowded.

Breakfast was ok, the usual buffet. We did not opt for dinner there. We ate nearby at Decks which was decent. Our 2nd night we ate at one of the few places open (it was Shavuot), but I can't remember the name.

The location was good, the promenade was right there. We wanted to pay our bill the night before because we had an early start. This created all kinds of confusion at the front desk for some unknown reason (we did this at other places without any problems).
