Spent 4 nights while on tour. Rooms were nicely furnished and clean. General hotel appearance was very well done.

The food in the restaurant was very good with a large buffet selection. We ate here 8 times.

If I get to go back to Tiberias, I would stay here.

This was my first hotel to stay in visiting Israel. It made a good impression! I had a north facing room and could see the lake- Sea of Galilee. The buffet- breakfast/dinner had a lot of food plus the dining area was clean despite the many tour groups. Service was very good both at breakfast and dinner. Great location. You can walk around on the boardwalk which i could see from my room. There is also a historical site/green area across from the entrance of the hotel. There is a drug store down the street plus another street of little boutique shops. The only complaint would be that it was getting cooler outside and we wanted to warm the temperature of the room up a bit and after several of us complained we were told to turn off the air completely. If you turned the thermostat higher it still blowed cold air out. The bathroom and room were clean. The bed was comfortable. The only bathroom in all the hotels we stayed at while visiting Israel that had a decent hairdryer. Nice lounge area overlooking pool- and the hotel staff was very attentive to their guests when walking around the lobby/restaurant/lounge. Would absolutely stay here again.

Meals are amazing, truly 5 star, especially the bread

rooms have nice views, there is a sound and light show every night which is right in front of the hotel.

First time we stayed in a hotel in Tiberias. Will definitely return.Great location at the Kinneret. Big breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff at desk were very friendly. Beware; there are three leonardo hotels in tiberias. the leonardo, the leonardo club and the leonardo plaza. the plaza is by far the best one. (slightly more expensive then the other two, but definitely worth it. I did not stay in the other ones, but i saw their lobby and their rooms and that said enough)
