A good clean would help rooms were a resonable size and bunks were comfortable enough. There was a funny smell in our room. Owner was friendly and helpful and internet was good. Good location. Breakfast was tea/coffee and toast. Bag storage was a cleaning closet. The common area was small and you had to walk in front of the large screen tv to get in and out of the common area. Could also only pay for the room in cash which I have not had to do before.

Very good location in the city center, very nice owner (we forgot to pay for the parking outside so i did for us because he knew it was controlled every hour and didn't want us to be taxed) and good quality compared to the cheap price.The room was comfortable, we had a private shower and a TV and breakfast was included.
Ideal for a young couple

Tiberias Hostel provides a bed and that's it: it's not particularly clean, the owner is unfriendly and kinda sleazy and keeps the AC remotes in his desk, pretending people steal it otherwise. It got extremely hot in the room so no need to say the night was not exactly relaxing.
The hostel provided no information on what there was to do around Tiberias or how to get around - this is far from easy without a car -. Find another pleace to stay in the area !

I stayed here for two nights. It is a former hotel now converted to a backpackers' type hostel. It was stiflingly hot inside - if it were not for the air-conditioner in our room, we would have died. It didn't look the cleanest, but, hey, it's that sort of place. Breakfast was basic and nothing memorable.

To summarise, a bit tatty and frayed at the edges, make sure you have air-conditioner in your room, nothing special.
