We chose this Hotel because on the website where we booked it, it said that is was centrally located, has an equipped kitchen and internet. Nothing was correct, at least at the time of our visit! It is about 10 minutes from the Bus station, which is not that far, but Tiberias is not a big city. So essentially, it is towards the end of the city, located on a very loud and busy street (fortunately, our room was to the side so we didn't get the full brunt of the street noises). Secondly, the internet didn't work, no matter how often we asked the very unfriendly guy at the reception. He was also not interested in helping us. The third point, with was the most severe for us, there was no kitchen at the time of our visit, since it was undergoing 'renovation'. When we asked to have some milk heated for the baby, we were told that we should use the electric kettle, which was not working at all.
The only good thing was that the room was rather cleanish (if you didn't take a close look) and the shower was working.
Overall, we can't recommend the Hotel due to the location, the unfriendly staff and the missing kitchen.
On a side note: Tiberias is overall not worth the visit and the connection to the Jordanian border, which is rather close, is non-existent!
