Set on the side of a mountain overlooking the Sea of Galilee, this place has a great location for wonderful views. The prices are very reasonable. The rooms are somewhat spartan, but clean and comfortable. The provided breakfast is good with plenty of food. There isn't any public transportation here, but if you have a car it's a great place to stay as the setting is beautiful and very close to Tiberias. They have playground on site and fences all around the place, so this would be great place for people with small children.
Directions here are hard to come by, but there are lots of signs for Poriyya (variant spelling of Poriya) and Switzerland Forest (which it's right next to), so as long as follow the signs they lead you right to it.
