Just stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer. I was upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable, but even the basic rooms were good. The grounds are lovely gardens and the sports facilities, pool etc, are really excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was good.

I ended up having to pay the Israeli Vat tax even though I am not an Israeli and travel on an American passport.

This is not the most central or best hotel in town (try the IC...), but it is well located for a business trip especially if you want to avoid the terrible traffic of downtown TLV. Food is good at the bar, braskfast is Kosher and hence lacks of a few goodies...

We stayed for a few days after visiting Jerusalem. The hotel is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

The person (a Russian lady) who checked us in was quite rude and unhelpful .. we asked for a late check-out and she replied that is not allowed (even we were willing to pay for the extra hours). So we instead we decided to go downtown, come back and then stay in the cafe area for three hours before taking a cab to the airport.

It's quite far from any touristy sites or places to eat. Since the free advertised shuttle didn't exist we took a local bus into downtown Tel Aviv (which was an experience in itself).

The only best thing about this hotel was breakfast .. the variety of items available was stunning. We eat so much at breakfast that we didn't need lunch.
