Stayed here for one week for business in the hotel side.
The rooms are fine - a little dated but comfy enough. Bed comfy. Shower strong. TV included some movie channels which was nice.
There was a staff room just down the corrider used by the housekeeping team - who seemed to think that if they were up everyone should be. I've never heard such noise so early in the morning!
The food in the hotel is fine - reasonable variety although you couldn't get hot food as room service which was a little disappointing.
The reception staff were excellent, especially as my company had made a rather bizarre arrangement regarding taxis.
Housekeeping / Room service was more varied - the first time I phoned room service they seemed annoyed that I was calling and shouted across to their colleagues without taking the phone away from their mouth (sore ear!). The portions were huge tho.
The housekeeping at the beginning of the week was great - with the earbuds / cotton pads kit being replaced. On my last day, however they didn't even take away room service dishes! (I phone down to have them collected ... after 45 minutes I put them in a pile in the corrider).
