We had only one night in Nazareth however after arriving and staying at the Fauzi Azar we wished we had longer! From the moment we walked into the beautiful courtyard we knew we had found somewhere a bit special, and nothing disappointed us throughout our (all to brief) stay. The staff and volunteers were all very welcoming and friendly, the room was simple but comfortable and clean (we booked a double with shared bath but were upgrade to a room with our own bathroom), and the atmosphere was wonderful. With free tea, coffee and cakes in the kitchen, lovely social areas to lounge and relax in, and a location bang in the centre of the old city, this is somewhere that we will definitely visit again and next time stay longer.

great building, friendly staff, free cakes, free tour of the city in the morning, good breakfast....

Me and my wife stayed for a weekend and it all went according to the expectations and beyond. The staff and their friendly attitude, the city tour (free!) and the location are great. Recomemded with all our hart,

Good location, friendly people and seems like a real good and clean backpacker spot. I was travelling with my girlfriend and opted for a deluxe private room. This was a tad expensive for what i got. I think the same money would buy more facilities elsewhere. Location is well indicated once you enter the old city on foot. Car needs to be left in a parking spot somewhere on Paul Hashimi road. It aint far though.
