The hotel is great, rooms are nice and clean, service is excellent, location is perfect. It's a little bit expensivebut it's worth of it.

We were part of a group of 50 pilgrims from India.

The hotel is well-located in a busy shopping area. the road outside is not very wide, but not very narrow either. It is easy to cross from one side to the other. The road winds upwards but shopping is easy. Younger travellers will enjoy the upward gradient while following the winding road leading to the Church of the Annunciation.

The lobby area is small, but comfortable, with free internet available in the lobby area. The dining area is one floor down and the buffet spread was great.
This hotel is frequently by large groups of European and American travellers so the amenities are good.

Rooms were very clean; we had a wonderful stay.

We were here with a Christian pilgrimage group.

Elevator was often crowded so we took the stairs [needed the exercise anyway].

They only had a single internet terminal. I don't recall the cost but it was not cheap. I found an internet shop a block or so away [left out the main door, right at the first light and up the hill] that was cheaper and worked fine.

There really isn't much to say, except that the beds were comfortable and the hotel was kept clean. Breakfast was standard middle eastern hotel fare: Lots of yogurt and fresh vegetables that have been sitting out too long. I rated it low on value because it was pricey, but what do you expect in Israel!

The hotel is conveniently located near several great restaurants that are within three blocks. You can also walk to most of the tourist destinations if you don't mind a 20 minute trek.
