I stayed in Madani Hotel for one night just as a stopover for the plane trip the next day. I think the lobby looked new and impressive, or tried to be. I don't like the fish pond underneath the stairs in the lobby, though. Its kind of dingy looking and it made me feel sorry for the fishes. The room were clean and nice, but I don't understand why the AC can't be controlled with a remote. You have to turn this knob on the wall near the door. What if it gets too hot/cold? do they expect you to get up from your bed, and turn the knob again, and then get up again once your body adjusted and the temperature felt too hot/cold again? Not smart.
The hallway could use a bit of a change in carpeting, and the TV channels are boring. On the upside, the breakfast was nice, and the staff are friendly.
My biggest disappointment was that they don't have wireless connection in my floor yet, and I didn't get any password/log in code from the reception when I tried to log in from the lobby.
