I'll not stay there again if I have the choice.
Stayed in their Junior Suite, as it was pre-arranged by our business partner.
Was pick-up by Hotel arranged transfer who was prompted in getting us back to the hotel to settle in as it was late at night when I landed.
Bed was not comfortable, too soft like all the springs are worn out for at least 5 years?
Pillows were also worn out, felt & looked less comfortable that any sofa cushion you can pick out from any retail store. Like a weak sachet of lousy cotton stuffed loosely into a pillowcase.
Bedsheets & pillow-sheets looks clean enough, but one of the roughest I'd ever laid on.
I was there for 3 nights, and was unable to even get decent sleep due to the condition of the bed.
Ate breakfast there for 2 days only, as I did not have much appetite anyway, only decent thing, was the bread & butter.
And was too sick with the exact same breakfast everyday, that I decided to skip it the last day and went to the mall beside the hotel for donuts & coffee.
In between the stay, I'd changed room once, due to the wifi connectivity at 10th floor was totally crap, and I was not able to get any work done on the first day.
And on the last night, brown water along with copper deposits rush out from my shower tap, which, luckily, I was only letting the water run a little first to get it warm before showering, else I would have been covered with dirty copper water!
Nothing could be done after I called the reception desk, they sent someone up, we let the water run till it was clear, and I shower with 100% caution before returning to catch some sleep.
Although staff were polite throughout which made the stay felt a little better, but seriously, on the whole, the hotel needs a good upgrade in terms of facilities & amenities.
