One major disappoinment is, it doesn't have a swimming pool! But the management seems doing their best in the area of:
-Room: all rooms are spacious. The different between a lowest price room and a higher one, is interior detail, but the rooms size are just the same (also the lowest ones are located on higher floor).
-Services: almost all staff are friendly and helpful. Not all of them serves fast though.
-Interior design: they put some effort to make the overall building looks nice (color, space, amenities);
-Cleanliness: everywhere is clean by Indonesia standard.
-Food: it was well served with taste ranges from OK to great. Food price is reasonable.
-Free wifi at room and free computer+wifi at lobby, though some friends complained about slow speed. Oh you can also get free popcorn at lobby (aren't they nice?).

Room rates started from Rp 200.000 (USD 20). No breakfast included, but you can eat at restaurant or order room service as much as USD 3 for an American/Continental/Indonesian breakfast with tea or coffee, and mixed fresh fruit.

This hotel is about 20-30 minutes away from popular shopping/business district, and 15-30 min. away to Juanda airport. Taxi fare from airport was around Rp 70.000 (USD 7) There is also a small restaurant sells Javanese dishes called "Pecel Bu Kus" (good food) - only 3 min. walk; and fruit sellers are just in front of the hotel.

Definitely will go back!

There was a excellent service in narita hotel, and its not just about the price is low but the architecture, the javanese song that played, cleanliness and very javanese type of decoration, makes me want to comeback everytime. so i think Narita have a very potential and attractive facilities. I am sure most guests feel the same way
