we stayed at this hotel because of its location, close to airport and shopping mall attached. This is the only reason we stayed there.
we stayed on 7th floor, the room was not well maintained. Room have ants and the towels need to be replaced. They are gryish color...shower curtain show sign of mold...yak !!!

We stayed here on business and were all very impressed. All staff that we encountered spoke excellent english. The rooms were immaculate and, although not very big, they were perfect. The beds were lovely and the bathroom just as good. Great location if you are wanting to be close to the airport (15 mins) and the shopping centre attached is great too. Very good value for money and we would all stay there again. The hotel was very flexible as we needed late checkout and they offered this to us at no charge until 2:00pm. Excellent customer service. What a gem!!!

this hotel has got the semarangs friendliness...the foods are good. there was a waffle toaster. the rooms are modern-minimalis with internet access. there's an adjacent mall filled with shops.

The newly renovated rooms are nice. Executive level has separate showers and tub. The e level lounge is also well appointed and nice. The restaurant is boring and expensive. Save your money and find a different place to eat. No bar or night activity at this hotel. They removed Tio's years ago.

The location is still attached to the busiest mall. Paragon is nicer, but boring. Maybe the new Crowne will breath air into Paragon Center/Mall?

This was the premiere hotel for years for foreigners. Now, Novotel, Grand Candi, and Gumaya are also well suited.
