“The property may be exhausted but it is clean”

On a last minute booking we booked the hotel. We traveled by car from Jakarta and we arrived late in the afternoon at around 15.00 hour. 2 rooms were ready while the other one was not. The other room was ready 15 minutes after.

Considering it was the start of a long weekend in Bandung, I think 15 minutes of waiting was a blessing. Especially because I traveled with my parents and children. check in was smooth.

The room was clean and also the bathroom. The thing was that the bathroom floor was not properly aligned to the water drainage. Left over water splash from the shower partially stays put and it may be hazardous for children or everybody stepping on it.

I had to make sure the bathroom floor was dried using the bath mat to eliminate the risk of slipping over.

2 out of the 3 rooms we stayed in had the same bathroom floor condition.

Overall stay was good...

“Under Renovation”

This hotel is located in the centre of Bandung. It is currently being extended with the addition of a new wing plus apartments and an office block. Because of these renovations, which don't cause any inconvenience to guests, it is a bargain in expensive Bandung.

Over all, the hotel was much more stylish than we expected. The public areas are well maintained and our room was well furnished and had all the features you would expect of a mid-range hotel. Being on the 8th floor, it also had good views across the city - and of the building site that will be the extensions of the hotel.

The room service we ordered was well prepared and reasonably priced. However, like just about any hotel we have stayed at in Bandung, the buffet breakfast was a vile joke.

Overall, at its 'under renovation' price of around Rp 400,000 this hotel offers great value in expensive Bandung.

I just come back from my trip to Indonesia for two weeks.
we ( my husband and me) traveled from Jakarta, Bandung, Jogya , solo and Bali. Unbelieveble, Indonesia is the heaven .
The climat, the wether, the panorama, the food and the people, there was no doubt to say lovely for us.
my good experiences when we stay at HOTEL PANGHEGAR BANDUNG for three days. Bandung extreemly amazing, the flowers, the food and the shop. we have a chance to do city tour with charming guide from Hotel staff to flower city and factory outlet ang creater.
review of the Hotel, the staff was very kind, the door girl is smiling face, the food " enak" the Price was average. although the room not so nice but it's clean . The restorant at the top" revolving resto" is the only one in Indonesia with beautyful few.
We love to come back again someday.

“Very Bad Hotel”

1. the bellboy was very rude
2. the reception can't speak english
3. the room was very oldstyle

5. very bad almost in all aspect

“bad service”

I have bad experience with this hotel . We were given upgrade to junior suite . However on our second day - we were call by the manager & asked to leave the room immediately . This is very inconvenient to us to move at a very short notice . Very unprofessional attitude . We were to stay for 2 nights , If we know we have to move out , we will opt not to take upgrade . The hotel seems to declare as 4 stars - however the standard room is at best 2 and half stars . Not " Family Choice " hotel as declare as its motto
