I have stayed in this hotel for over 5 years now. Everytime I have to go to Bandung for leisure or business trip, this has been the hotel I stayed. The location is a prime location, close to the city and pretty much everywhere and all the good food too. This hotel is located by several factory outlets for shopping. It's sooooo perfect. The service is great, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and the fitness center is awesome too. Too convinient. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bandung for business or leisure.

Kedaton is a good hotel in prime location at Bandung area, the swimming pool is adequate.

The room looked tired, dust found at corners, the bathroom had inter ceramics grooting crack and mold every where, "portable" shower cubicle which is shaky and the door might loose anytime.

Ordered room service which come in timely manner, just the rice came dry.

This 3 star hotel is simply amazing. The location itself is a plus point. We stayed 2 nights here and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The front office handled queries quite well, were professional and most of all helpful. The lobby/lounge area though not lavishly decorated has a certain class to it that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. It was past 3:00 am in the morning, and we were lounging at the already closed cake shop, but we were readily served with drinks from the 24-hr Coffee House. Well, that's good service! Besides the Fitness & Sauna Centre, there's also a swimming pool. We were even given permission to enter the Karaoke Lounge for a look-around. The breakfast is adequate and tasty. We love the Green Bean Porridge without the coconut milk (Bubur Kacang Hijau). The hotel's Massage & Spa on the second floor is superb. The only drawback is that there's only one bathtub in the salon and we had to take turns for our herbal bath. But imagine this - we hardly slept the previous night (3 am at the cake shop, remember?), went to the mountains in the morning, shopped in the late afternoon, came back to the hotel by nightfall, went for a 2-hr massage & spa, and came out feeling refreshed and ready for a night-out at the nearby Caesar's Palace in Jalan Braga. We definitely will not give this hotel a miss if we ever visited Bandung again. If you planned to visit Bandung, try out this hotel.

A very centralised location with regards as to Pasar Baru,Braga Walk,Heritage FO,Train Station and Taxi Availability.The rooms were spacious enough and comfortable.Breakfast menu needs to be "improved "and is at present geared more towards local cuisine.Pool cleaniness is below par! More so during weekends when swimming classes are held for the local members. Spitting into the pool was evident and though it was noted to the staff no action was taken at that moment.The prize asset of this hotel was definately the staff from the room service,front counter,bell boy,coffee house and general who were exceptional in making our stay away from home as "homely" as possible.In all , will consider Kedaton if i do come back to Bandung
