Nearly 24hrs travelling time to get here and to be greeted by this very tired and dated room did not fill me with joy. The lighting was poor, which helped hide the damp patches on the walls and ceilling (although the phallic shape of the damp on the roof was at least amusing) and broken tiles on the floor.
You need to live out of your rucksack / suitcase as there was only a damp wardrobe with no doors. My fiance had taken a couple of dresses (knee length) and these were too log for it. No draws of any type.
There was a fridge in the room and coffee / tea making facilities but the local ants had set up a wonderful colony between the tray and the fridge, which highlights the cleaning of the rooms.
Ok, not all doom and gloom, the bed was clean and comfortable, fresh sheets every day, and the staff are courteous and helpful.
And I think we got away lightly with just a grubby bathroom, when another guest asked to see our bathroom to see if the "black mold in hers was normal".
The sun loungers round the pool were broken, and the light scattering of chlorine granules that were in the pool were losing to the spreading algae, and with only a few broken tiles maybe there is hope for this pool...
All in all, not a place to stay by choice, and best avoided if at all possible.
