Where do i even begin, it's one of the best i've ever stayed at. The service from the moment of pick up at the airport till the drop off of to our other hotel was amazing. They remember you by name, it was their excellent service, special mention of our driver Budi who was so helpful and always had a smile. Everyone who worked there was great.

The breakfast by the pool was lovely. The free rides to nearby areas in ubud was great. They would drop you off and pick you up.

Even though it was off the road, it didn't feel like it at all. It was so quiet and peaceful. I didn't feel like leaving at all. I wished i could have cancelled my other reservation and stayed here.

We stayed from 19/1 to 21/1 in the mansion.

Again we had a enjoyable stay in this property! Really love to stay here every time again! Villa, well equipped, service good friendly and adequate. Room service more than ok. All staff very friendly. Breakfast very good, also the restaurant serves good food, not cheap, but of a good quality, and that's what counts! There is also a swimming pool, but due tobthe rainy weather we did not use it!
Highly recommend to anyone who wants a comfy stay in central Ubud!

My partner and I stayed in Beji Naba Villa in October/November 2011, and we were both smitten from the moment we arrived.

I have stayed with friends in Ubud for many years, and for me it's like a second home - my partner had never been to Bali before, and I really wanted her to see the best of it. Well, I couldn't have made a better choice - from the moment we arrived, we were graced with the most attentive, intuitive and warm service. The staff were all magnificent, anticipating our every need, and nothing was too much trouble.

Our Sunrise Beach Breakfast was unbelievable, and the traditional Semprong cooking class was so much fun that we're still talking about it now. My partner celebrated her birthday whilst we were there, and we were both wonderfully surprised (and a little moved!) when, that morning, the girls traipsed into the villa, complete with chocolate cake, singing "Happy Birthday". I wish I could say that I had organised it, but they had done it entirely without my input!

I have always raved about what a beautiful, friendly place Bali is, but even I was overwhelmed by the level of service and care shown by the staff at Kajane Mua. Thank you - we didn't want to leave, and we can't wait to return!

My friend and I spent 5 wonderful nights in a Danu Mansion room at the beginning of January 2012. The room was wonderful, quiet, clean and comfortable. Despite having been advised that building works were to be finished end December there were still some going on but in the room noise was not an issue. The staff were the most helpful I have ever met in my many, many visits to Bali and Ubud. Once when we telephoned to ask why we couldn't get cable tv and someone was there within 5 minutes to sort it out. Later that night at around 10pm the dvd player wasn't working and 3 staff members came, replaced the machine and all with happy smiles. The pools were clean and the grounds immaculate and the breakfast options very generous and delicious. The location of the hotel is amazing and the free transport around Ubud an added bonus. Free afternoon tea is a lovely touch. Happy hour cocktails are cheap and the food in the restaurant great value too. Every morning we were asked if there is anything that can be improved upon - and the question was genuine.
I don't think it's possible to find more attentive, genuine staff and our holiday was fabulous. I can't wait to go back!
