I have never ever written a review in my life! But this time i will.
We stayed here for just one night and that was more than enough. We were supposed to stay with à friend but He was not back from Java yet. It was late and The receptionist probably noticed we were tired because the price we payed must have been to high and there was no room for negotiation.
The room was so horribly dirty. I feld the dirt on the floor and the bathroom was so dirty i have seen poop on tiles!! Really
And we have seen three rooms and they were all the same
I cannot speek for the aircon rooms
But the standard rooms are horrible

Stayed here only for two nights while waiting on booking elsewhere. Could not fault the staff who were freindly and new their stuff. We stayed right at the rear of this small complex and were quite comfortable, no noise from the street. Nice room, bathroom a little worn but still clean. Hot water always.
Didnt stay long enough to use the pool but it was very cleen and inviting. Breakfast was included and was very nice at the restuarant on site.
There are better places in Sanur to stay for sure but they will cost more for little extra.
I would not hesitate to book here again if my favourite were not available

My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeks.The first room we were given was very tired and run down, floors stained, sink falling off wall and toilet seat not fixed to toilet properly we complained and were given another room without hesitation, this room was much cleaner, still very basic,for this money you only get cold water in the shower, but for $30 usd per night and a free breakfast good value for overnight stays. The better rooms are in the pool area and are as good as a 3 star hotel, but dearer.The pool turned a lovely shade of emerald green for a couple of days until a guest complained and it was fixed.The staff here are really very helpful & obliging. Overall a very good little hotel , but stay away from the very cheap rooms.

My friend & I stayed here last August. for the money ( about $40) we were happy. We stayed in one of the rooms out the back & it was lovely & quiet. Sure the bathroom need a bit of remodeling & the sheets & towels were a bit tired but the bed was comfortable, air con worked & room was clean. Pool was small but clean & refreshing & you couldnt get a better location for the price. Just a 5 min walk around the corner & your on the boardwalk with markets & lots of restaurants. Plenty of shopping everywhere. Try the night market accross the road to eat. Its super cheap & the food was fantastic. I would definately stay here again !
