I strongly recommend it for families. The food is good and service is adequate. Staff is friendly. Only constructive feedback is the lack of double bed. We had two single beds attached together. Other than that all perfect.

last week when i visit bali, i try to get my lunch at novotel nusa dua - bali. it a great lunch.. just try pork rib there and you will get delicious taste and good service from they staff at resto... good job for chef and all crew.. wait for my next trip to bali and i will try the ather menu... :)

First trip to Bali with my husband and 15 year old son. We stayed at the Novotel for 3 nights at the start of our 2 week holiday. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with private pool which was lovely and spacious. In retrospect, we could have probably done without the private pool because the pool was cold and it was all in shade. However, it was on the ground floor, private and pleasant. The main pool was huge and a very comfortable temperature. There were no problems with getting a sun bed while we were there.
Staff were all very pleasant. We had a problem with a blocked toilet, and this was addressed quickly.
We had dinner at the restaurant one night, and the only complaint was that it did take quite a while to get our meal. Breakfast buffet was fine.
It was only a 10 minute walk to the Bali Collection Shopping Centre where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The beach was also only a 10 minute walk, but shuttle buses go to both. We didn't eat at the Beach Club.
The hotel was laid back and very pleasant and a nice introduction to Bali. I thought the apartment was good value.
We had a pleasant stay at the Novotel, and would stay there again. I'm not sure if we'd stay in Nusa Dua again, though - it's pleasant but a bit generic. We did prefer the other areas we stayed in - Uluwatu, Gunyir and Seminyak.

Love this hotel - even better than Fiji. We came back again with the whole family for 3 weeks pre Xmas 2011. This second visit was even better than the first. We stayed in two large suites - huge beds, large lounge areas, spacious bathrooms and all full airconditioned. The food and beverage was excellent and the A-Club Accor club discount made the pricing a great deal. The activities staff and F&B staff were very friendly. This time I walked all over the Nusa Dua area and explored the beach and blow hole - great views!
We ate out at the nearby Bali Collection restaurants most nights and went on many trips with a friendly taxi driver. Loved having the happy hour massage every day in the Novotel Spa. Foot massages were available in the nearby village for a very modest price.
Waterbom park in Kuta is always a family favourite and we made the trip again this year.
