The pictures don't lie, this is truly a magical place where as soon as you open the doors to your private villa; the rest of the world just fades away. While our butler Sanjaya was giving us the tour of our private villa, we were already making plans to extend our stay!

There is a perfect balance of luxury and relaxation with the whole energy of the villa truly capturing the meaning of an indulgent holiday.

The meals and spa were with the best I have ever experienced but were outshone by the quality of service.

With Sanjaya as our designated butler, he made us feel welcome, gave us a great overview of the facilities, booked all necessary spa treatments and meals and went out of his way to make recommendations while assuring they were executed. His approach to making our stay as memorable as possible was genuine and was more than enough for us to begin planning our next extended stay.

The Asian and Italian cuisine was to die for, the cocktails were heavy handed and there is no shortage of different ways to enjoy them. Sunrise breakfast on the beach and a romantic dinner served at your villa with hundreds of candles and rose petals provided are just 2 of the many ways the cuisine can be enjoyed.

The Spa treatments lived up to all expectations boasting a vast range of packages for couples.

I strongly recommend Kayumanis Nusa Dua to anyone looking for a relaxing and truly indulgent experience while in Bali.

A six night stayed could have turned into a wonderful lifestyle had we stayed any longer! This is one of the most magical places we have stayed in. Each villa is separate from each other and each one has a thatched roof and decent sized swimming pool and outdoor shower and bath areas.The grounds are green and lush with water flowing every where you look. The tropical smells of plumeria lingers in your nose and you inhale deeply. The villa we stayed in was spacious with two separate bedrooms and an open air upstairs living room, which was perfect for the balmy nights in Nusa Dua. We did not understand the butler system as well as we should because this rating then would have received a 5 ++++ rating. By the end of our stay we realized these people who served as a "butler" really were knowlegeable and present as a tour guide, shopper's guide, food guide, beach guide, sports activities guide at our fingertips by pressing 5 on the telephone keypad. We especially enjoyed Eka and Sanjaya as our butlers . Each day a platter of fresh tropical fruit provided and that was always a treat.
When the tide was in the beach was quite lovely and charming and of course, the view stunning. Thie whole experience is for romantic, private retreat. Included in the stay was a free 30 minute arrival message!!! My family loved it and scheduled more messages during our stay. The masseuses were very attuned and were excellent and very sweet. In fact every one who worked at this villa was very kind. The two restaurants, Asian and Italian, were perfect and we usually had orders from the two menus whenever we ate at the restaurant or had room service.
Indonesian food is excellent and spicy and we were driven to a very excellent Balinese restaurant. In the end after a long day of being a tourist it was great to come back to the villa for some fine dining.
We recommend Kayumanis Nusa Dua without reservation to anyone who wants to experience the magic of Bali. We would come to the Kaumanis Villa and Spa at Nusa Dua in a flash.

We have just returned from a 3-night stay at Kayumanis Nusa Dua and I want to thank them for the outstanding service and the overall experience. We were greeted at the airport by Agus and even though our flight was over an hour late his friendly banter soon put us in good spirits along with the welcome drink and cold towel.

We were allocated the Kayumanis villa and it was everything we hoped for and more. Great pool, outdoor dining area, jacuzzi and a comfortable big round bed. We had all our meals in the villa and the food was excellent, great taste and quality and great in appearance and service. You can choose from a wide variety of asian favourites as well as some great dishes from Italy all served with a smile.

Ah, back to the service. Every member of staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Apart from the great man Agus, other members of staff such as Bagus, Samuel and all the lovely ladies just couldn't do enough for us and all with big genuine smiles!

The privacy is lovely but you also know that by just touching 5 on one of the phones a friendly butler will be there to cater for your every need.

The only slight 'complaint' I would have is that the wi-fi reception was a little unstable, but then when you have these kinds of facilities it is a waste to spend much time on the internet.

We will definitely return at the first opportunity, hopefully for a much longer stay. We recommend Kayumanis without any hesitation for a romantic and relaxing stay that you will remember for years to come.

We stayed 5 nights at the Kayumanis and found it absolutely amazing! From the minute we walked out of the airport, our butler Agus greeted us kindly and when in the car gave us complimentary refreshments. The honeymoon cake & fruit drink on arrival was fresh and welcoming, as was the food/drink generally throughout our stay.
Our villa (Cemara) was cleaned twice a day by the always friendly housekeeping staff. The beach is a 10 minute walk away but there isn't much to do when there, so we stayed at the villa most of the time. We booked one of the daily tour options provided by the Kayumanis (at $185 i think), and my only advice would be to avoid having lunch at Kintamani. Although there is beautiful views, the only restaurant in the village was infested with flies and wasps, and in contrast to Nusa Dua/Kayumanis, was a real eye opener for us. Regardless, the tour itself was great (visited Barong Dance, Ubud, Batubalan Village, and included a 2 hour spa treatment back at the resort).
Dinner at the Kayumanis was reasonably priced for the quality and service you recieve, but we enjoyed visiting the nearby Bali Collection mall - where there were a number of other restaurants. The girls at Kayumanis reception are happy to arrange the transfer for you to Bali Collection. In fact, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at the Kayumanis.

Overall, we loved our stay at the Kayumanis and would definitely recommend it to other couples visiting Bali.
