The hotel is average but is well maintained, the rooms are very clean and the 'towel animals' left on the beds were a great suprise for the kids. The airconditioning works great but the room staff tend to switch it off and open the door when cleaning the room which creats two issues one being that the rooms fill with mozzies and the other being that the rooms warm up - so when you get back from whatever you have been off doing the rooms are like saunas and full of mozzies.
The breakfast is very standard and repetative. The main pool is good but you cannot open your eyes under water as it is overdosed with acid which burns your eyes.
All in all there were some nigling negative but I would stay there again.

We always stay in Febris on our first and last night in Bali,we know what to expect, Friendly staff, nice clean room with excellent facilities (Safe,fridge,Aircon,Satelite TV,free bottled water)Clean cool pool with plenty of loungers and pool towels, good food, Free airport transfer and a great location, close to discovery Mall and the beach, but quiet and away from the party zone.

Just returned.. only 5 nights but will book here from now on. Usually stay 4 star but honostly, the best spas are here, big fridge, clean big bathroom and room, no smells,lovely clean pool, breakfast fine and everything walking distance. we love the noise and buzz around the place. depends what you are looking for, I suppose. Its not 4/5 star so don't expect that. It is an excellent 3 star. Sharon Perth Wa

A lovely hotel tucked away from the hussle and bussle. Not on the beach but walk through the dynasty across the road for access. A quiet complex with a lovely pool, grat breakfast and large clean rooms. We sharded a family room that was cleaned daily and left with fresh flowers on the beds. the pool area was clean and tidy and the pool cystal clear. The spa was amazing with great beauty trements - recommend a hot roxk massage. easy walking distance to Kuta markets and reasonalbe priced. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great family orientated hotel.
