A good hotel with fantastic views of the Himalayas. Situated just outside the main mall area of the town, this hotel offers a calm and quiet stay whilst still being in easy reach of the main attractions. I was travelling alone and have to commend Naina on her help in arranging a great driver (Satbal) to look after me, especially as I had to change plans due to changing trains at short notice! The rooms are a little cool at night due to the mountain location, so wrap up warm. Highly recommended.

This was my second trip to Mussoorie and the last time I came here two years ago, my family instantly fell in love with this hotel's service, quality, location and the attention they pay to each guest. This time i was accompanied by my in laws and we checked in their cottage. It was a cottage 2 on ground floor and what a beautiful cottage it is. I have seen such kind of cottage rooms in films only. Marvellous and the service is as usual quick and the food quality is immaculate. The best part is the owner Ms Naina Saggi makes it a point to talk to her guests and make them comfortable. This is the only way to make their guests honest patrons like me. No further good words to say as it is perfect hotel in a peaceful environ and yes the hotel has been renovated and it feels good staying in here. If you are a non veggie like me, dont forget to try their chicken lababdar and laccha parantha. Delicious.

hotel is very good.veiw from hotel is outstanding.food is nice especially veg .whole mussoorie has parking problem.hotel rooms are excellent.government of mussoorie should be cooperative.then mussoorie will be one if the best tourist centre.i loved the hotel and i will be back.

Had visited Mussoorie in April 2011 and stayed here for three days over a weekend.
The experience was very refreshing . The rooms were neat, clean and cozy.. The views from from the balcony was great.
The location is ideally situated ,just behind the crowded Mall Road on Camel Back Road yet only a few minutes walk to the iconic Cambridge Book store.
The staff was prompt and courteous. The food was excellent and very tasty.(just like home cooked stuff)
Our young daughter liked the place so much that she wanted to extend her stay.
Lastly the "the lady of the house' Ms. Naina is an excellent host and peronally looks into the needs to of her guests and ensures they well taken care.
We would highly recommend this place.
